At Affiliated Commerce, LLC, our team structure is built around output, integrity, and ownership. Every member joins with the opportunity to become a leader through real work, certification, and role advancement.

We operate using an Onboarding-to-Ownership model. Team members start by completing the Certified Modular Systems Architect (CMSA) program, participate in publishing or dev projects, and then become eligible to lead a division.

Roles include:

• Producer – Writers, developers, and system builders
• Marketer – Promotion, content planning, outreach
• Division Lead – Manages projects and training
• President (future) – Oversees all operations once scaled
